All pieces are currently made-to-order and hence cannot be refunded. 

Should the customer believe that there has been a fault during the production of the piece, kindly write to us at hityshiarchives@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that all tags remain intact and that there has been no wear (other than trying on), and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
